If a product becomes faulty and falls under the period of it's warranty we will invite you to return the product to us for repair or replacement.
To initially log the fault we require you to make contact with us either by email or telephone to detail the issue with said product. One of our team will then detail you on the processes of sending the product back for warranty replacement.
Once the item is received back for warranty review, we will test the unit as a matter of urgency.
Providing the fault initially stated becomes apparent, we will ensure a new or repaired version of your product will be supplied back to you at the earliest convenience.
Incorrectly Ordered Item(s)
"In Stock" Items
If you have purchased an item by accident or mistake, or with the wrong specification we can accept return of the product(s) providing:
•It is returned in all of it's original packaging; this packaging must be in the exact condition it arrived in.
•It has not been installed and is a wholly resaleable condition.
You will need to contact us either by email or telephone to detail what you wish to achieve by sending it back (replacement, different colour, refund) before proceeding.
"Built To Order" Items:
We will in no way accept any bespoke or custom-made products back for credit or replacement if ordered incorrectly by you the customer.
If an issue with the product has arisen by the actions of our staff or the manufacturer of said item, we will discuss the options available.
